Quentin Brasie

Mr. Quentin Brasie has over 37 years of experience in the aviation industry, beginning his career with the United States Air Force. Following his honorable discharge from the armed forces, Mr. Brasie served as a line mechanic for New York Air and American Airlines. His expertise in the industry led to management positions with Discovery Airways, and Avitas, Inc. He was a founding partner of Aviation Solutions, Inc., based in Manassas, Virginia, and held numerous executive positions, including vice president. In July of 2000, Mr. Brasie founded ACI Aviation Consulting where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the corporation. Mr. Brasie has conducted valuations on a wide variety of aviation assets including assignments for many domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and airlines. Mr. Brasie routinely conducts valuations for aviation assets, valued in excess of 2 billion dollars annually. Mr. Brasie has been qualified in a Federal District Court as an expert in the valuation of aircraft and aircraft components, and in the maintenance programs for aircraft and their components. Mr. Brasie has conducted industry presentations, published articles in numerous trade publications, completed numerous manufacturer and airline courses, and holds an FAA A&P license.


Wes Romaine, ASA

Mr. Wes Romaine joined ACI Aviation Consulting and the Airliner Price Guide as an intern in December of 2007. As an intern Wes' responsibilities ranged from assisting with appraisals to developing the company's social networking presence. While Wes worked as an intern he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University. Upon completion of his BBA in 2009, Wes became a full-time employee with ACI.

Today, Wes works on the majority of corporate and commercial aircraft appraisals and conducts market research and analysis to support appraisal assignments. In addition to working with aircraft appraisals, Wes heads-up ACI's online and print marketing efforts. Wes also acts as a company representative during industry conferences and handles a variety of duties in business development. Wes is a member of NBAA, NAFA, ISTAT, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers.

 


Bob Cowgill, ASA, ISTAT

Bob Cowgill brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of operational, academic and valuation settings to his work with ACI.  Beginning his aviation career as a flight instructor and air-taxi pilot, he has served as the Director of Aviation Technology for a community college in Fairbanks, Alaska and as an FAA Designated Flight Examiner.  Since joining ACI in 2003, he has performed numerous aircraft, helicopter and simulator appraisal and inspection assignments and is active in the production of the Airliner Price Guide. He holds a Master’s degree from Purdue University, Airline Transport Pilot certificate with several type ratings, Remote Pilot certificate, Flight and Ground Instructors certificates and an Aircraft Mechanics certification with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.  Bob has earned the Senior Appraiser designation from the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers.


Matt Stripp

Matt first joined the ACI Aviation Consulting team in May 2017 as an Analyst, focusing on research in both business and commercial aircraft markets. As the Director of Analytics, Matt oversees the analytics team, facilitates product development, and implements business strategies. Matt holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Florida State University.

Matt is a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA), and the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT).
